The trademark
sim stands for high quality design jewellery of silver, gold as
well as white gold. Since its foundation in 1981 sim has been
developping to an international firm. At the very beginning classic
silver jewellery has been produced under the trademark sim -
with a special focus on expressive geometric forms.
Step by step
sim started manufacturing real stones as blue and white Topaz ,
citrin and peridot.
In 1993 sim
extended its collection by establishing a 585 yellow and white gold
line combining it with brilliants and jewels. 1996 was the year of
an absolute product innovation of our designers: the creation of
silver and gold collars combined with strings of steel.
Our
trademark's philosophy: its entirely is more than the sum of its
individual pieces- and
this is what you can feel and perceive within the whole collection.
The individual design as well as the extraordinary combination of
different jewellery materials start trends and were even awarded
prizes for being unique:
In
the year 2000 sim - as the first non-British firm - received
the UK Jewellery Award within the category "Jewellery of the Year".
The next
outstanding prize followed in 2003 - sim was awarded the “mb-trophee“
on the occasion of Bijorhca in Paris. During the exhibition FORM
Fair Frankfurt 2006 and 2009 we presented an outstanding choice of
our jewellery.
The
collection lays special emphasis on clear design and a powerful
language of colours and forms. All pieces are exclusively designed
for sim by renowned designers. Our collection is for women
who take their own decisions and know what they want. All designs
are presented in matching groups. Neck and ear jewellery as well as
rings are well-matched and can be combined.
Small series
production makes it possible to guarantee good prices - and at the
same time high quality. The prices for our jewellery offered by
individual stores of the retail trade range from 15 EUR to 300 EUR.
Twice
a year the sim designers create new collection groups which
are then presented on the occasion of international fairs.
